Do you offer 24-hour emergency services?
YES! - We offer 24/7 emergency services for eye injuries and serious vision complications. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. If you have an non-life-threatening eye injury, contact us at 517-543-2020 and you'll be connected with one of the doctors on call.
Can I replace my broken eyeglass frames?
YES! - Speak with your optician today to discuss our warranty options. Eyeglass frames can be repaired/replaced at no charge one time within 12 months of purchase, when broken under normal wearing conditions. Additional replacement during the remainder of the year will cost 50% of the retail cost.
Can i replace my scratched/broken lenses?
YES! - Speak with your optician today to discuss our warranty options. Eyeglass lenses can be replaced once in a 12-month period (from date of purchase) at no charge.
Do you offer designer eyewear?
WE DO! - Everyone wants to look their best; why should your glasses interfere with that? To suit both your individual style and visual demands, we carry a wide range of designer frames. Can I schedule an appointment during lunchtime?
OF COURSE! - In an effort to be as convenient as possible, our opticians available in the early morning, through the lunch hour, and during the afternoon. Most Saturday mornings are also available.
Can I stop by to get my frames adjusted?
OF COURSE! - We offer complimentary eyewear adjustment for our patients, including general repairs, nose pad replacements, and screw replacements.
